Michele Whittington serves as the Senior Minister at Creative Living
Fellowship, a Religious Science church and teaching center. She received a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication, summa cum laude,
from Arizona State University in 1984, her ministerial credential from
Emerson Theological Institute in 1998 and her Doctorate of Divinity in 2007,
also from Emerson.

During her more than ten years in ministry, Dr. Michele has found performing
weddings to be one of the great joys of her profession. She considers it a
sacred trust to be asked to officiate a wedding ceremony, and, with her
philosophy of inclusivity, she is able to create and perform ceremonies that
appeal to couples with various faith backgrounds and traditions. Her
customized ceremonies are not only meaningful, personal and powerful for the
couple, but for all who attend as well. She hears on a regular basis, "That
was the most beautiful ceremony I have ever attended. Everyone felt so
